YES! 'Ab Fab' Goes Back Into Production This Summer

Sweetie darling, thank the lord. The UK Daily Mail reports (via Hello! Magazine) that Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley will return to playing Edina and Patsy as of August of this year, though there's still no script. Lumley previously let the rumor fly that they wanted to work on a new Ab Fab season back in the fall, but it seemed like just wishful thinking. But now the BBC confirms that it's on the schedule. Says Lumley, "Miss Saunders has been so busy writing Uptown Downstairs Abbey for Comic Relief and also Spice Girls: The Musical, I don't think she's started [the script]."  All we can say is we are much relieved, but we also really can't wait to see Uptown Downstairs Abbey.
