White Boy Raps to 'Call Me Maybe,' and It's Totally Butch, Yo
April 7, 2012 at 1:21 PM Meet Nick Luebke. He's super cute. And obviously considers himself straight. He appears to be a student at University of Wisconsin, Madison. And he's written his own verses, white-boy-rap-style, to Carly Rae Jepson's big springtime jam (which we're sure to be hearing well through the summer) "Call Me Maybe." We're not going to say that having written this tune and made this video he should be seen as anything other than a red-blooded, very Caucasian, sensitive, Midwestern, heterosexual male who happens to love pop music. In fact, we bet there's a pretty Midwestern girl in his bed right now letting him show her "a world that's outta sight." But we enjoy watching college boys bounce around to this gay/teenage girl anthem with absolutely no irony, some of them with their shirts open. And we will note that Luebke's Twitter handle is "looptylube."
