Intrepid lady reporter Damiana Garcia (a.k.a. Michael Lucid) has a new episode of the Damiana Files featuring Drew Droege (a.k.a. the internet's Chloe Sevigny) and Sam Pancake in character for their improvisational show Strong Choices. It's a comedy, obviously, about a couple of self-help therapists who are anything but therapeutic.

It's that always slightly shameful time of year again, boys! Gay Pride. Oh how we love to love-hate it. Our most of us proud enough? Yes, yes we think so. But let's celebrate our freedoms, and show America that we deserve more, like the freedom to marry each other, and the freedom to traipse down every Main Street in America wearing nothing but a thong and an asymetrical gold mesh tank top. Thank you, America. You've been very patient with us. Anyway, please enjoy Damiana Garcia (Michael Lucid) and Barbara Cathy (Mike Rose) doing another one of their funny ad-libbing parade-MC numbers, this time for gay pride parades. We think we see San Francisco in there!
Our favorite lady reporter Damiana Garcia sits down with Tanya Roberts (a slightly more drunk character created by Drew Droege, of Chloe Sevigny fame) to celebrate Easter. They enjoy some Sauvignon Blanc and Fiddle Faddle, and then some beer, and hilarity ensues.
First you've got Damiana in her usual knit Christmas vest, and then you've got Jessica and Hunter — is that blow he's got on a mirror which gets quickly edited into a wine cooler? Oh, and then you have their secret recipe for SkinnyGirl eggnog. First ingredients: 30 or so packets of Splenda, and three Adderol.
It's been a while since Le Fag checked in on our favorite lady reporter, Damiana Garcia. She's always so quick with the holiday-themed episodes, and today she does not disappoint us with this marvelous little discussion of Halloween with "ex-Charlie's Angel and Tahiti Village spokeswoman Tanya Roberts." What spooks Tanya most? "Tuesday afternoons, cinder blocks... Bonnie Franklin... Angela Lansbury."
Our favorite lady reporter Damiana Garcia took a few minutes (well, actually ten) interviewing various stars on the Rupaul's Drag Race Tour who were on hand last week at Eleven in West Hollywood. They barely let her get her foot in the dressing room, but she pressed on anyway, talking to Raja, Alexis, and that one who got plastic surgery to look more like Madonna. Also, around the 4:00 mark, that loon Tammy Brown shows up. Good times.
Intrepid lady reporter Damiana Garcia attended Rupaul's Glamazon record signing event at Amoeba Records in L.A., and she brings us this little interview to prove it. Rupaul spouts some totally amazing bullshit about how we're now in the Moment of the Glamazon, and we have no idea what the fuck she's talking about. "It is a great time. It's a time where the window has opened up for people who love color, who love to laugh, who love things that are special and beautiful, and it hasn't always been this way. So we have to seize this day, seize this moment of the glamazon." You hear that everyone? People who love to laugh are finally having their moment. We're so relieved.
Comedienne Deven Green (she of the famed Brenda Dickson spoof and the character Betty Bowers, America's Best Christian) joins Damiana Garcia for a little Easter festivity, including an egg hunt on Deven's body, and some discussion of how hairy the Easter bunny is.
Incidentally, for the San Franciscans, Deven and her husband Joel Bryant, normally stuck in L.A., will be doing a show a the Main Street Theater on April 28.
The gals are back at it... and by gals we mean Michael Lucid and Mike Rose.
Damiana: Oh look an obstacle course. He's chasing a feather wand.
Barbara: Yes a feathered wand. I think I'm sort of similar except for me it's a Jack Daniels and Diet Coke.
We just can't get enough of that Damiana Garcia (Michael Lucid), and here she is interviewing faux Madonna (the spot-on Nadya Ginsburg) about her Valentine's Day plans (which include a 16-mile run and some quinoa toast), and helps her put together an OK Cupid profile, because, you know, she's still a single gal on the make. ("The first thing people usually notice about you: 'My vascularity.'")
Damiana Garcia, ace lady reporter for World of Wonder, heads to the premiere of gay auteur Gregg Araki's latest film Kaboom at the Nuart Theater in L.A. The movie involves a lot of sex apparently, and not much lube. One of the stars of the film Nicole Laliberte compliments Damiana's pearls and calls her a 'beauty.'
Today on The Damiana Files, intrepid lady reporter Damiana Garcia (Michael Lucid) is joined by commentator-in-arms Barbara Cathy (Mike Rose, of Fagney and Gaycey fame) to sit back and comment on a random (and fictional) holiday parade. Per Barbara, regarding a group of folks in Dickensian garb, "They spend all year preparing and doing research so that these two ladies can talk about them for two minutes."
Brillsies! Here's the latest episode of The Damiana Files, in which intrepid lady reporter Damiana Garcia (Michael Lucid) talks with Youtube famous Jessica and Hunter about what they're giving thanks for this Thanksgiving. Hunter: "I'm super thankful that half of Barney's is on sale right now because of the recession... I'm thankful for my new drug dealer. He's more discreet."
In this week's episode of The Damiana Files, intrepid lady reporter Damiana Garcia (Michael Lucid) interviews spiritual advisor, author, and inter-dimensional time traveler Paula Bouvon Shmooper-Best (Gudrun Flaherty) about, well, her travels.
"In all dimensions but this one, that's 3D that we're in now, we are bearded dragons."
We're pretty sure we've done enough to prove our love for Damiana Garcia (Michael Lucid of WOW's Daily Freak Show, also one half of the brilliant Pretty Things). Usually, she works red carpets and awkwardly accosts people at Hollywood parties. But now, she brings us a new web series, called The Damiana Garcia Files, and if this first episode is any indication, we'll be enjoying some wonderful exposure to the litttle known Los Angeles underbelly of drunk tranny fake former TV stars, and such.
