Here's the latest single from the Scissor Sisters, off their upcoming album which Ana Matronic has already described as "Bee Gees [meets] '90s house music and Crystal Waters, with a hint of a 'honky tonk element." We sort of hear that, yeah. Also involved is Jake Shears' new DJ pal, and David Geffen's boy toy, Jeremy Lingvall.

Dance Your Cares Away: Scissor Sisters Compose 'Fraggle Rock' Musical

Le Fag favorite, and all around camp-tastic band, Sister Sisters, is rumored to be a part of the new "Fraggle Rock" film expected to be released in 2012.  MusicWeek states that Jake Shears and Babydaddy will be composing the soundtrack and although the band has made no official statement on the matter, the anticipated mix of childhood nostalgia and fag pop-rock has us thinking this might be something to look forward to.  The High Times cover alone should be worth it and our fingers are crossed for Jennifer Hudson to voice "Margory the Trash Heap."

Juanita More to Throw Scissor Sisters Afterparty in S.F.

Drag star Juanita More! is throwing another potentially legendary party on September 12 following the Scissor Sisters show at the Fox Theater in Oakland. Juanita's long been pals with guitarist Del Marquis and S.F. native Ana Matronic, and the whole gang should be appearing, all sweaty, at the Redwood Room after a set to promote their pop-y and way gay new album Night Work.

Also touring with them are DJ Sammy Jo and Casey Spooner of Fischerspooner, so you never know who else might drop by to spin a few. Juanita says tickets are almost sold out so grab one now.

Pretty, Pretty Boy: Jake Shears Performs 'Skin Tight' In His Underwear

We just spotted this video, from a live show in Paris last month, of Scissor Sisters lead twunk (he must be over 30 by now, but still qualifies as a twink-hunk) performing our favorite track off the new album, "Skin Tight," wearing nothing but a pair of black briefs.
